    PASTA KOFTO WITH OCTOPUS SALAD

    Ingredients

    • 500G MISKO TUBETTI PASTA KOFTO
    • 1 BOILED MUSKY OCTOPUS
    • 1 TOMATO
    • 1 CUCUMBER
    • 1 DRY ONION
    • 2 RADISHES
    • 50G LOLLO VERDE LETTUCE
    • 50G LOLLO ROSSO LETTUCE
    • 50G SPINACH
    • 50G LETTUCE

    DRESSING

    • 150G STRAINED YOGHURT
    • 30ML MINOS OLIVE OIL
    • 30G ATTIKI HONEY
    • 30G MAYONNAISE
    • 30G MUSTARD
    • 15ML RED VINEGAR
    • 15ML BALSAMIC CREAM
    • SALT AND PEPPER

    Directions

    First, boil the MISKO pasta kofto and strain well. To make the salad, mix the vegetables, chop the cucumber in cubesm the onion and the radishes. Add the pasta and the octopus. For the dressing, add yoghurt, MINOS olive oil, mustard, mayonnaise, ATTIKI honey, red vinegar, balsamic cream, salt and pepper. Mix with a blender. Pour the dressing on the salad. Stir well and serve.
