PASTA SALAD WITH SWEET PAPRIKA DRESSING
Ingredients
- 1 PACK MISKO FARFALLE 50G COOKED CORN
 - 10G ORANGE ZEST
 - 50G DIVANIS KASSERI
 - 50G SUN-DRIED TOMATOES
 
FOR THE PAPRIKA DRESSING:
- 50G MAYONNAISE
 - 50G MUSTARD
 - 50G ATTIKI HONEY
 - 30ML LEMON JUICE
 - 5G PAPRIKA
 - 5G OREGANO
 - 5G SALT
 - 5G PEPPER
 - 250ML TERRA CRETA OLIVE OIL
 
SERVE WITH SUN-DRIED TOMATOES
Directions
Boil the MISKO farfalle. In a bowl, pour mayonnaise, mustard, ATTIKI honey, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper. Mix well with a hand blender. Pour TERRA CRETA olive oil and blend the mix. Pour the MISKO pasta in a bowl and add boiled corn, orange zest, DIVA
