    Ingredients

    • 200ML ORANGE JUICE
    • 250ML MINOS OLIVE OIL
    • 60G MELTED BUTTER
    • 550G FLOUR
    • 100G MISKO FINE SEMOLINA
    • 15G POWDERED SUGAR
    • ½ TSP BAKING SODA
    • 1 TSP CINNAMON
    • ½ TSP CARNATION
    • ZEST​ FROM 1 ORANGE
    • 20 WALNUTS, CHOPPED

    FOR THE SYRUP:

    • 250ML WATER
    • 100G ATTIKI HONEY
    • 350G SUGAR
    • ZEST FROM ½ ORANGE
    • ZEST​ FROM ½ LEMON
    • 1 CINNAMON STICK

    SERVE WITH 20G ATTIKI HONEY

    PAIR WITH SKINOS MASTIHA SPIRIT

    Directions

    In a bowl, pour the water and the ATTIKI honey. Add one cinnamon stick along with the zest from half a lemon and half an orange. Ιn a different bowl, pour orange juice and MINOS olive oil. Add the melted butter. Thin the baking soda with a few drops of orange juice and pour it into the mix. Add the zest from one orange, cinnamon and carnation. Pour in the flour and the MISKO fine semolina. Add powdered sugar and knead the mix well. Make small rolls in oval shape, place them on a metal sheet with parchment paper and bake in 200°C (350°F) for 30 minutes. Douse them into the syrup and pour 20 chopped walnuts on them. Pour ATTIKI honey and a few more walnut pieces. Pair with SKINOS mastiha spirit.
