“CASERI” PIE SOUFFLE
Ingredients
- 1 package traditional filo pastry Alfa
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups caseri « ΔΙΒΑΝΗ»
- 2 cups feta cheese «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ»
- 2 cups fresh milk
- freshly cut pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh butter «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ»
Directions
Mince the traditional filo pastry Alfa either with a knife or with hand as we use to do with the noodles.
Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add the milk and the pepper and stir well.
Add the chopped traditional filo pastry Alfa and let it soak well.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Grind the caseri and the feta cheese «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ» and add them in the bowl.
Spread the pan with the fresh butter «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ», and add the mixture of the bowl.
Bake for approximately 40´.
