PANCAKES WITH HONEY AND SESAME
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- some water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon honey ATTIKH
- excellent virgin olive oil ALTIS / SOLON / ELANTHI
- toasted sesame
- Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
- some molasses
Sift the salt in a bowl. Add the salt, the honey « ΑΤΤΙΚΗ» and some water until we create a medium in density porridge.
Stir well with α whisk, until the porridge becomes uniform thick. Cover it and let it for 10'.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and spoon by spoon fry the potatoes until they turn brown.
Turn them on the other side until they turn brown for approximately 2'. Pat them dry with paper towel.
Place them in a plate, drizzle with honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ», sprinkle with cinnamon and toasted sesame.
