CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH HONEY, AVOCANDO AND STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients

  • 3 mature avocandos
  • 70 gr. non sweat cocoa
  • 200 gr. Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
  • 120 gr. coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • FOR SERVING:
  • 100 gr. grated chocolate
  • strawberries

Directions

A prerequisite for the success of the dessert is to find mature and very soft avocados, very good quality cocoa and honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ».Beat in a blender all the ingredients apart from the grated chocolate- until the texture is smooth and resembles a normal mousse.Fill some glasses and freeze them. Garnish with grated chocolate and red fruits.
