CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH HONEY, AVOCANDO AND STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients
- 3 mature avocandos
- 70 gr. non sweat cocoa
- 200 gr. Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
- 120 gr. coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons liquid vanilla
- FOR SERVING:
- 100 gr. grated chocolate
- strawberries
Directions
A prerequisite for the success of the dessert is to find mature and very soft avocados, very good quality cocoa and honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ».Beat in a blender all the ingredients apart from the grated chocolate- until the texture is smooth and resembles a normal mousse.Fill some glasses and freeze them. Garnish with grated chocolate and red fruits.
