    ΜEATBALLS FROM NISYROS WITH TOMATO AND SPAGGHETTI

    Ingredients

    • 700 gr. minced pork
    • 1 package penne MISKO
    • 2 big dry onions
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 2 tablespoon spearmint
    • 4 - 5 teaspoon flour
    • 1 egg
    • salt- pepper
    • excellent virgin olive oil ALTIS / SOLON / ELANTHI

    FOR THE TOMATO SAUCE:

    • 1 kg grated tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup excellent virgin olive oil ALTIS / SOLON / ELANTHI
    • some cumin
    • some fresh spearmint
    • salt – pepper
    • grated feta cheese «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ»

    Directions

    Rub the onions and drain them. Place in a bowl all the ingredients: minced meat, onion, garlic, tomato, cumin, spearmint, salt, and pepper and then flour them and knead them.
    Mold and fry the meatballs for 2´-3´. Place them in the sauce and boil them for 10'.
    Boil the spaghetti, drain them, and place them on a platter. Pour the meatballs with the tomato sauce and sprinkle them with feta cheese «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ». Garnish with fresh spearmint.
    Four the sauce, place all the ingredients in a pot and boil them until they get thicken.
