LENTEN COOKIES WITH HONEY AND SESAME

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
- 3 cups oat flakes
- 1 cup tahini «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
- 1/2 cup sesame
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 pinches glove
- 2 pinches nutmeg
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir them well until they become dough.
Place them in a parchment paper and roll them. Freeze them in the refrigerator for 30' until the mixture thickens.
Cut them in very thin slices and put them on 2 cooking sheets using parchment paper. Cook very well in a preheated oven to 180 ° for approximately 13'.
Let them cool off and become crispy.
