HONEY ICE CREAM WITH TAHINI AND ROASTED ALMONDS
- 1 ζαχαρούχο γάλα
- 1 γάλα εβαπορέ
- ταχίνι ΑΤΤΙΚΗ
- 1 κουτί φυτική σαντιγί
- ½ φλ. ελληνικό μέλι ΑΤΤΙΚΗ
- 1 φλ. αμύγδαλα
- μέλι ΑΤΤΙΚΗ για το σερβίρισμα
Freeze the evaporated milk in the freezer for 1 hour.
Use packaging from the condensed milk as a measuring cup for this recipe. Put the almonds (marzipan) in a pan and bake them in a preheated oven at 200° in air, on the middle rack for 10´, until golden brown. Let them cool off.
In a mixer, beat the vegetable whipped until fluffy well for 5´-6´. Add the condensed milk and continue beating until it becomes homogenous. Add the cold evaporated milk, the tahini and «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ» αnd the Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ».
Once the mixture is homogenized, put it in the ice cream maker and after the ice cream freezes, to the end, add the roasted almonds.
If you do not have ice cream maker, place the mixture in dilute wide bowl in the freezer for 30´. After heat it again until it is fluffy, to avoid the creation of crystals in the ice cream. Defrost it for 30´. Repeat this process for two more times.
Serve the ice cream and drizzle with honey Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ».
