CHOCOLATE SALAMI WITH HONEY, TAHINI AND ALMONDS

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
- 2 cups TAHINI «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
- 1 cup almonds
- 250 gr. melted chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cognac
- 1 package biscuits digestive
- caster sugar
Directions
Place in a bowl the Greek honey and tahini «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ», the chocolate and the cognac and stir them. Add the almonds and the biscuits and stir them. Wrap the salami in a cling film. Freeze the mixture for a few hours, until it becomes tight. Remove the cling film and add some caster sugar. Cut into slices.
