ΧΟΡΤΑ ΤΣΙΓΑΡΙΑΣΤΑ ΜΕ ΚΑΛΟΚΑΙΡΙΝΑ ΛΑΧΑΝΙΚΑ ΚΑΙ ΦΕΤΑ
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 kg several greens, spinach, wild vegetables, leafy vegetables
- 1 bunch fresh onions
- 1 dry onion
- 1 leek
- 5-6 little blandly zucchinis
- 250 gr. green beans
- 1 pack chopped tomatoes in thin slices
- 200 gr. grated feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons mint
Directions
Wash, drain and cut the greens off. Then strain them. Heat the olive oil and sauté the fresh onions, the dry onion and the leek. They should not change color. Add the garlic. Spice the oil and remove it. Add the zucchinis, the beans and the greens. Place the tomato and add salt and pepper. Simmer for 15´ -20´. Finally, the oil should remain on them. Just before we turn the stove off, we sprinkle with the feta cheese and the herbs.
