    “TSIGAROBOUREKIA” WITH FETA CHEESE AND MINT

    Ingredients

    • 50 pieces
    • preparation time: 10´
    • cooking time: 30´
    • 1 pack “politiko” filo pastry
    • 1 egg
    • 500 gr. feta cheese crumbs
    • fresh pepper
    • 2 tablespoons mint
    • 150 gr. melted and cold “fitini”
    • some sesame

    Directions

    We add in a bowl the egg, the pepper and the mint. We mix the ingredients well. We open the “filo” pastry. We chop it into 4 pieces and we brush each piece with “fitini”. Add along the mixture. Wrap them into rolls. Brush outside with “fitini”. Place them in the pan in a raw with the unit downwards. Bake them in 180° C for 30´ until it turns brown.
